Roxanne Lindley serves as the Vice President of Indigenous & International Advocacy at TIMIXw Holding, bringing a wealth of experience in community engagement, cultural diplomacy, and Indigenous rights advocacy. As the first female Chief of the Westbank First Nation, elected in 2016, Roxanne has demonstrated unwavering commitment to empowering Indigenous communities through leadership and strategic partnerships.

Beyond her tenure as Chief, Roxanne has expanded her influence internationally, serving on the advisory board of the Global Diplomatic Forum in London, U.K. . Her extensive travels across Latin America, the United Arab Emirates, and Europe have facilitated meaningful dialogues with high-level government officials and grassroots Indigenous communities alike, fostering opportunities for collaboration in areas such as education, tourism, and investment.

A seasoned expert in global security, counterterrorism, and geopolitical strategy, Johan brings more than three decades of international experience advising governments, intelligence agencies, and Indigenous organizations across the Americas, the Middle East, and Europe.

At TIMIXw Holding, Johan leads the development of international partnerships, diplomatic engagement, and strategic alliances with global institutions, Indigenous nations, and ethical investors. His role is pivotal in ensuring that TIMIXw operates not only as a business—but as a sovereign Indigenous force in global economic diplomacy.

Johan also oversees the security frameworks across all TIMIXw business sectors, ensuring that sovereignty, community safety, and cultural integrity are protected at every level of engagement—from international trade to local operations.
